Document assessment

The registered certifier assisted by professional engineers assesses the proposed plans and specifications and associated documents against the conditions of the applicable development consent/ planning approval.
Inspection

A site inspection is undertaken to understand the site constraints and verify the suitability of the plans and specifications.
Communication

The applicant is regularly kept informed of progress of the assessment with checklist updates. Our review of the plans and specifications is effectively communicated with the applicant and consultant team. Our highly experienced certifiers are always available to provide advice to help keep the project moving.
Certificate is issued

Once all pre-requisites are satisfied, the Registered Certifier issues the Subdivision Works Certificate or Construction Certificate.
