• Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies – University of Technology Sydney. 
• Advanced Diploma of Civil Engineering – University of Technology Sydney. 

Anthony has more than 20 years of civil engineering experience in consulting and local government. He holds NSW trade certification in civil design and provides high-level support to the certifier team.
