• Review of Strata Development Contracts for staged strata subdivision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Certifier – Strata, Subdivision, Stormwater, Road and Drainage, Hydraulic (stormwater). 
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) – University of Wollongong. 

As a Director of Land Development Certificates, Andrew holds numerous categories of registration in subdivision, strata, and engineering fields. He has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the subdivision process, a comprehensive understanding of the NSW planning system, local government procedures, and experience in the Land & Environment Court. 

Andrew brings his detailed knowledge, experience, and guidance to your strata subdivision project. With a background in senior leadership roles in local government, he is an expert practitioner of the NSW strata certification process and an accomplished civil engineer.
